SURREY — Bullet casings were found on a street in Bridgeview overnight following an apparent shots-fired incident.
At around 1:20 a.m., Surrey RCMP received a call from someone reporting the incident, which happened in the 11900-block of River Road.
An unoccupied house in the area is under construction, and police are trying to determine if the structure was hit by a bullet. Surrey RCMP Corporal Scotty Schumann said they’re also looking for potential witnesses.
