STEPHENSON - Ann (nee Milos) passed away on August 24th, 2005 at the Surrey Memorial Hospital, age 79 years. Survived by her daughter Carol (Keith) Forbes; son Calvin; grandson James Forbes; granddaughter Taylor Forbes; sister-in-law Mary Milos. No service will be held.
