HOWE: Frances Albert (Frank) passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 17, 2006 at George Derby Care Centre. He was born in Vancouver in 1920. Frank was predeceased by his wife Betty in 1991. He is survived and will be dearly missed by his sons Eric (Lorie), Dan (Pauli), daughter Diane, grandchildren Jennifer (Jonas) and Kimberley. He is also survived by his two brothers, Barney and Denis (Elaine), brothers-in-law Pat O'Toole and Bill Higgins and many nephews and nieces. Frank was a long time resident of Surrey. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to the staff at George Derby for their kindness and support. A private family service will be held followed by interment at Valley View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
