REEDEL - Helen Aitken (Meek)
December 4, 1914 - September 4, 2009
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Helen in her daughter's home.
Helen was born in Ladysmith.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Fred in 1979, her brother Alex and sisters Margaret and Hazel.
She will be missed by her children, Jeanette (Mike), Shirley (Don), Rodney (June), Gary (Lisa); her nine grandchildren, Jeff, Bradley, Julie, Brenda, Andrew, Laura, Rachel, Benjamin, Rebecca; seven great grandchildren; her sister inlaws Ruth Meek and Thordis Reedel, and many nieces and nephews. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She will live in our hearts forever.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11am on Saturday, Sept.19
at Newton Fellowship, 7328 144th St, Surrey.
