FRASER, John Roy of Delta, B.C. passed away on Dec. 1, 2005 after a courageous battle with cancer. John is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Evelyn; children Michael, Crystal (Cameron) and Susan (Cory); grandchildren Amber, Alicia, Maggie, Maxwell and Rocco; brother Neil (Leona) and sister Georgina.
Born in Medicine Hat, Alberta to David and Mary Fraser, John grew up working in the greenhouse business. As a young man he joined the Royal Canadian Armed Forces. Then he began his career in sales, which eventually lead him to Pharmaceuticals. He met and married his wife Evelyn in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. They then moved their family to Delta, British Columbia where they remained until John's death. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 9th at 12:00 noon in the Chapel at Avalon Surrey Funeral Home located at 13288-108th Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia.
John was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, the Association of Canadian Travelers and Kennedy Senior Center.
In lieu of flowers John wished donations to be made to children's charitable foundations.
