REBECCA GRACE JONES-DILL
January 26, 1964 - November 15, 2005
It is with great sorrow that the family of Rebecca announce her sudden passing on Tuesday, November 15th 2005. Predeceased by her mother Merle Brazeau and sister Faith Williams, Rebecca will be forever missed by her husband David Joe, her son Jessie and daughter Jade. She is also survived by sisters Sharon (Jamie), April (Dan), brother Daniel and her nieces, nephews and extended family. She will be sadly missed by all of her many friends.
Rebecca came to Tsawwassen when she was 15 and has been a part of the community for her entire life. She will be remembered for her passion, her strength of heart and love for her children.
Wings Of The Angels
A gentle wind blew cross the land
Reaching out to take a hand
For on the winds the angels came
Calling out a mother's name.
Left behind, the children's tears
Loving memories of the years
Of joy and love, a life well spent
And now to God a mother's sent.
On angel's wings, a heavenly flight
The journey home, towards the light
To those who weep, a life is gone
But in God's love, 'tis but the dawn.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Tsawwassen First Nation recreation center.
