REITSMA, Sid. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Sid Reitsma on November 30, 2005 at the age of 81 after a 2 year battle with cancer. Born September 9, 1924 in Leeuwarden Netherland, came to Canada in 1948. Predeceased by his brother Bill, will be deeply missed by his loving wife Marion, children Lucille (Larry), Rick, Don (Trudy), grandchildren Steven, Angela, Brent, Brandon, and Sara. In lieu of flowers donations to the Langley Hospice Society.
A Celebration of Sid's Life will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion 17567-57 Ave., Cloverdale.
