Thorun Kristrun Borgford
nee Steinberg
Born August 15, 1911 at Leslie Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully December 27th, 2006 with family at her side to be with her loved ones in Heaven. Predeceased by her husband Fred and her son Fred. Survived by her daughters Margaret Robinson, Mia Borgford, Helga Busby (Brian), Helen Kristoff (Gerald), sons Albert (Angic), Glen; daughter-in-law Nellie Cookman(Les); 19 Grandchildren; 45 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren; 2 sisters Christine Lapierre (Ralph) and Mary Drury as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like the thank the caring staff of Fleetwood Place for their EXCELLENT CARE of our Mom/Grandma. Also special thanks to Chaplain Peter Kok who provided such wonderful comfort to Mom/Grandma.
Memorial Service with tea to follow will be Saturday January 6, 2006 10 a.m. at Precious Blood Parish Center, 17475 59 Ave, Surrey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice.
