MOSLEY, Wilfred, Benjamin
Wilfred was born in Didsbury, Alberta on May 8, 1928. His family moved to British Columbia in 1941 where they settled in South Surrey. He first came to Vancouver Island in 1956 and from there moved to Cloverdale, Fort Langley, Smithers and Little Fort before returning to Vancouver Island in 2000. He passed away in Nanaimo on August 20, 2008.
Wilfred is survived by his wife of 60 years, Doreen; children Tom (Rosalie), Donna (Richard) and Bill; ten grandchildren; siblings Stan Mosley (Vera), Mary Carmody, Margaret Rosengren, Bob Steele (Barbara) and many nieces and nephews.
He will be remembered as a great family man as well as respected carpenter. Wilf loved time spent in the great outdoors, road trips, the smell of the ocean and cheering on the B.C. Lions. He will always be in our hearts.
A celebration of life will be held at the Coghlan Hall, 6795 256 Street, Aldergrove on Sunday September 14, 2008 at 1:00 pm.
