To Jeremy at Centra Windows:
This year has been a very difficult year for our family. We’ve suddenly lost someone very dear to us.
But with the kind, caring and giving people of Centra we have had a project that my husband started completed.
I think it was a crew of nine (which included managers) who showed up at my door on a weekend morning.
They volunteered their own time to remove the old single-pane windows and replace them with all of the windows that remained in the garage (a total of eight). The trim surrounding all of the windows is now a perfect match with what Steve had envisioned.
Through it all, everyone was very positive and professional. They rehung my safety bars and window treatments and took away all of the debris.
It comforts me to realize all of the people who knew Steve wanted to give us this amazing and positive finish to my our “home renovation.”
