Alarm raised over alarm salesmen

Surrey RCMP has issued a Block Watch alert after receiving a number of complaints about fraud artists posing as door-to-door alarm salesmen.

Surrey RCMP has issued a Block Watch alert after receiving a number of complaints about fraud artists posing as door-to-door alarm salesmen.

The men are identifying themselves as partners with the City of Surrey, and offering to sell discounted alarm systems.

The City of Surrey is not affiliated with these salesmen.

The Surrey RCMP is asking people to send in tips that would help identify the suspects.
