New employment program at PICS Society partners with local business employers.

If you’re 55 or older and you want to get back into the job market then Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society’s has a program for you.

The society's new employment program, Job Options BC: Urban Older Workers (55+), partners with local community and business employers to generate job placements for participants.

Learn how to Increase your employment skills, get valuable job search experience and receive access to training allowances.

To qualify for this program, you must be 55 years old or older, unemployed, not on EI, out of school, looking for a job, be legally entitled to work in Canada and must live in Surrey, White Rock or Delta.

The program starts Jan. 2
