Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver isn’t the only organization experiencing volunteer shortages in Surrey.
Big Sisters of B.C. Lower Mainland is also in need of women interested in the Study Buddy mentoring program. Volunteers are matched with girls, aged seven to 17, in need of academic assistance. It’s a commitment of one hour a week for a minimum of six months.
Both organizations are dedicated to enriching the lives of children in the Lower Mainland.
