Community Coffee Saturdays will take place each month in Newton until December.

Coffee and community

BIA project in a mug aims to engage the Newton community.

Can coffee bring people together?

Community Coffee Saturdays take place the first Saturday of each month until Dec. 17 at Espresso Cafe, 7330 137 St.

Community Coffee Saturday is a Downtown Surrey BIA initiative created to engage with the Newton community to discuss issues, ideas, thoughts, projects and everything in between.

Join the conversation, share your thoughts, collaborate, and get to know those in your community in a comfortable and casual setting.

The events take place from 1-2 p.m.
