You may recognize Neil McCabe as the enthusiastic sign holder on Highway 10 near 152 Street. McCabe has been waving and smiling at passers-by while holding a sign advertising for a nearby restaurant for about a year.
"I love it – It keeps me happy," said McCabe with his token toothy grin.
McCabe said he saves money for trips and said he'll be going to California in July for a family reunion using money he makes from the job.
