SURREY — Kwantlen Polytechnic University has welcomed David Kent as its new director of athletics and recreation.
Kent will lead the six KPU Eagles varsity teams, a role to which he brings 23 years of experience in coaching, management, communications and athletics. He has worked with Concordia University, Carleton University and, most recently, the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) Cascades, where he focused primarily on promoting studentathletes.
