About 350 people took part in the annual Terry Fox Run at Fraser Heights Recreation Centre on Sept. 15.
The event raised more than $7,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation in its search for a cure for cancer.
"We are very proud of our team and thankful for everyone who came out to take part," said organizer Sara Pickering, who credited "all the contributors and the organizing committee that worked all summer to put this together."
Numbers were up from 2012, where 220 people registered raised about $2,500.
