SURREY - Because presentations and public speaking are important in conducting business, the Surrey Board of Trade is hosting a series on these topics.
"How to Deliver Engaging Presentations" is on April 16 and will cover how to use PowerPoint and flipcharts, understanding the components of a presentation as well as the importance of audience analysis, building rapport, confidant body language and how to overcome nerves."Public Speaking: How to Deliver Key Messages to an Audience" will be April 29.
