Rhea Khan from Pacific Community Resources Society sported a Raising the Roof toque as she watched the action during the Toque Tuesday ball hockey tournament held in Surrey City Hall Plaza Tuesday afternoon.
The annual event raises awareness around homelessness and collects donations and winter clothing for charities that help the homeless in Surrey.
