NEW WEST - A B.C. Supreme Court judge has rejected Gloria Zerbinos' defence that she should be found not criminally responsible due to a mental disorder in the stabbing death of her mother.
Gloria Zerbinos, 30, is being tried for second-degree murder in the Nov. 8, 2012 death of her 43-year-old mother Panagiota "Yota" Zerbinos.
The lawyers will be back in court in New Westminster on Aug. 6. Tom Zytaruk
