I enjoyed reading Michael Booth's column about Coun. Barinder Rasode's hub. He shows its potential. I guess it will require background machinery for its success. He also commented on the new city hall. I had written you a letter with the same sentiments. It is cold, aloof and unwelcoming. But Michael's account was more polished.
