So the new on/off ramp at Highway 99 and 16th Avenue is finally open. Terrific! Now even more traffic, especially trucks, can crawl along that quiet, rural, one-lane road we know as 16th Avenue.
Yes, it would cost a lot of money to widen 16th Avenue, but then we just had to have a new $97-million city hall. Oh, happy days!
