We so often hear complaints about people using their cellphones, texting, smoking or doing other things while driving. It's about time we give kudos to those who pull over for a call. Don't answer at all or wait until you are safely stopped (not at red light). There are lots of people who obey the laws and are safety conscious. Thank you to all those people.
