LETTER: Voting 'no' to transit would be irrational

The Editor,

I am a rational thinker and I am voting "yes" to the referendum on transit infrastructure funding.

It's irrational to throw the baby out with the bathwater. TransLink can be reformed but without a "yes" vote on transit funding, our transportation woes will only increase. Our economy needs it, our commuters need it and our citizens need a reliable and efficient transit system.

Vote "yes" for the future and not "no," due to TransLink's past sins. Now that would be irrational.
