Cloverdale Traditional School hosted its first-ever Vaisakhi celebration last Friday.
The event featured traditional dances, Gatka demonstrations and other activities.
The celebration was a successful fundraiser for the school, raising about $8,100. The money will be used to purchase iPads for the students.
Photojournalist Evan Seal was there to capture some of the festivities.
