SURREY — A high-energy dance was among performances during a “Downtown Diwali” event at Surrey City Hall last Saturday afternoon (Nov. 14).

The event, sponsored by Hyundai Canada and other companies, also featured food, music and rangoli art in celebration of the “Festival of Light” observed by Hindus and Sikhs.
