Surrey - The Editor, An open letter to Surrey Mayor Linda Hepner: Please do not squander my tax dollars endeavouring to dictate to me how to vote on the plebiscite. It's not the democratic way. Use the millions in tax revenue to fund transit instead (or feed the hungry or house the homeless, etc.).
