Putting Fore Pink charity tourney in Surrey raises $21K for breast cancer

GUILDFORD — The third annual Putting Fore Pink Charity Golf Tournament was a huge success at Guildford Golf & Country Club.

Organizers say the tourney’s 160 attendees raised $21, 832.86 for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation BC/Yukon.

The May 23 event also featured a special guest – country singer/songwriter Lisa Brokop was flown in by helicopter to perform a 30-minute acoustic set.
