Charities are planning pet-photos-with-Santa events this weekend

• Canadian Guide Dogs are holding a Pet Pictures with Santa event on Dec. 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pet Food ’N More, #400, 7380 King George Blvd. All well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome. Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind relies solely on donations, planned giving, and fundraising events such as this one. For more information, visit www.guidedogs.ca

 

• Christmas for the Critters, a charity raising money for the Delta Community Animal Shelter, is  holding a Pet Photos with Santa event and will answer questions about adoptions on Dec. 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Bosley’s Pet Foods, #100, 8047 120 St. Angela will be there with her spokesdog, Susie.

 

• Scottsdale Veterinary Hospital (7072 120 St.) is hosting a Photos with Santa event on Dec. 11 from 1-3 p.m. Photos by donation. Proceeds will go to BC Guide Dogs.
