B.C. education minister Peter Fassbender helped serve breakfast to students at Surrey's Old Yale Road Elementary Thursday morning to celebrate the school district's expanded partnership with Breakfast Club of Canada.
The non-profit society now has programs in 24 Surrey schools, helping improve student nutrition and student success.
