SURREY - A Surrey man has been charged with first-degree murder and unlawful confinement in a 30-year-old cold case.
Dennis Henry Hahn, 65, of Surrey will appear in Saskatoon provincial court Monday (July 27).
Frances Wendland, 43, was murdered in her home in the small town of Rosthern, about halfway between Prince Albert and Saskatoon.
Hahn was arrested outside of a Surrey business on Friday, July 10.
