Surrey Museum will offer the scoop on ice cream, in an event June 20 at the 17710 56A Ave. facility.
Ice Cream Afternoon is an opportunity to explore the frosty treat that's been enjoyed by cultures across Surrey for generations.
Diverse and exotic flavours will be available to sample, including Canadian maple, Guatamalan chocolate, Mexican mango and Chinese black sesame.
Visitors may also try cranking the museum's old-fashioned ice cream maker, make ice-cream-themed crafts, and go on a scavenger hunt in the Lego exhibit gallery.
The event is set for 1-4 p.m., and admission is by donation.
