The thrill is back – so all zombies, pay attention.
Thrill the World Surrey is back for a second year to attempt a world record for the number of people dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller.
The event takes place on Oct. 24.
Thrill time is at 3 p.m. sharp at the Cloverdale Youth Park, 6188 176 St.
Run-throughs will begin at 1:30 p.m., so participants have time to practice the Thriller video's moves.
This is the second Thrill the World attempt in Surrey. The event began in 2006 in Toronto, and event numbers are counted from simultaneous attempts around the world.
Last year, nearly 8,000 zombies from 23 countries took part in the event.
Admission is by a donation to the Surrey Food Bank.
