City of White Rock seeks artists for Artists Walk program permits for spring/summer of 2014. Part of the intent of the Artists Walk is to exhibit and demonstrate the process of producing art. 2014 Youth Film Competition: Homelessness: Everyone Can Make a Difference”: Youth filmmakers are invited to submit 30- or 60-second films that raise awareness about homelessness and engage people to do something about it.
