Juggler Francis Pierce entertained kids on the first day of the Surrey Children's Festival on Thursday (May 24).
The three-day event, which features both ticketed and free entertainment, continues through Saturday (May 26) at Bear Creek Park and the Surrey Arts Centre, 13750 88 Ave.
The Port of Vancouver mascot Salty the Seagull was on site to greet youngsters this week, and roving entertainers will be there throughout the week.
