Visitors are invited to bring food from 10 local restaurants to Holland Park for Picnic en Rouge on Aug. 11.

The Downtown Surrey BIA is hosting the biggest picnic in Surrey on Thursday.

Picnic en Rouge takes place Aug. 11 from 4-7:30 p.m. and Holland Park.

Visitors are invited to bring food from 10 participating restaurants in Downtown Surrey.

Four of the restaurants – La Conquistadora, Bros BBQ, Taste of Punjab and Tomato Shack – will set up in the park to showcase their best dishes.

The evening will include games and music.

Surrey’s inflatable red Big Love Ball will also be on site, ready to be photographed.
