This year marks the 10th production of Surrey Shines, a talent extravaganza that showcases local youth (ages 13-23.)
Presented by the Youth Arts Council of Surrey (YACOS), the event is on April 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the Surrey Arts Centre Main Stage and features dancers, singers, and musicians. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
