Handel Society of Music presents Handel's Messiah in Surrey on Dec. 15.

Experience the true meaning of Christmas as the Handel Society of Music presents Messiah by G.F. Handel.

The concert, conducted by Johan Louwersheimer, will feature the Chilliwack Metropolitan Youth Orchestra, as well as soloists Raphael Wagner, Sonya Sweeney, Christopher Simmons and Angus Bell.

A Surrey performance takes place Dec. 15, 7:30 p.m. at Good Shepherd Church, 2250 150 St. A second show will be at Cornerstone Christian Reformed Church on Dec. 21.
