We have a provincial election looming within the next month, so whichever decision British Columbians make will no doubt have an huge impact on the entire province.
Unless we do our extensive research on candidates that run for office, we are certainly not going to end up with positive results. Staying home on election night is not the answer.
So unless we get out there and vote, we get the provincial politicians we deserve. As the late comic genius, George Carlin once said, “If you have selfish ignorant citizens, you’re going to get selfish, ignorant leaders.”
