With the bridge over the river completed a couple of years ago, to replace the tunnel; the LRT system which would have developed Newton, and most particularly, keeping the RCMP. Thousands of people signed the petition to keep the RCMP in Surrey.
What a mess, with our hard-earned tax dollars.
