Honest Surrey taxpayers are carrying the burden for illegal suites' utility usage; plus, undeclared income for infrastructure.
Hire more bylaw officers and make them proactive not reactive, so we Surrey homeowners equitably pay. Bylaw officers need to issue fines, not warnings, as the perpetrators are well aware of what they're doing.
