Thank you for the story about our Ukrainian perogy suppers ("Ukrainian 'soul food' brings people together for monthly suppers in Surrey").
I think we had a 40 per cent increase in attendance as a result of your article. We had a lot of people who said they were there for the first time, that they would be back, and they would tell their friends about it. We also had folks who said they used to come to our dinners but were unaware that we had resumed them. COVID has been such a disrupter.
Yay, that means the Surrey Now-Leader is being read, and we appreciate that you have spread the word about us.
