For the 15th year in a row, members of Tzu Chi Foundation held their annual Winter Gift Program at The Front Room recently.
Volunteers served dinner (prepared by Surrey Memorial Hospital) and handed out 126 jackets and 132 packages with personal hygiene supplies.
