Surrey Khalsa Day (Vaisakhi) parade Saturday, April 19 on streets of Newton, starting at Gurdwara Sahib Dasmesh Darbar temple, 12885 85 Ave. The annual event celebrates one of the most significant days on the Sikh calendar, the creation of the Khalsa in 1699.
