Police are requesting help from the public in identifying a senior who was struck by a vehicle in the South Surrey intersection of Martin Drive and Southmere Crescent Wednesday afternoon.

The woman was airlifted to hospital, and as of Friday afternoon remained in critical condition.

Police say she is Caucasian, approximately 50 to 60 years old, 5’8” and weighs 154 pounds. The woman has shoulder-length, grey-brown hair, which was in a bun and wrapped in a cloth.

Police say the woman has had previous cataract surgery in both eyes.
