Running from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Crown Palace Banquet Hall on Nordel Way, the free event connects attendees with leading employers and educational institutions across the region.

The expo will feature a range of employers actively recruiting for positions in industries like healthcare, technology, public service and construction. Companies such as BC Corrections, Community Fire Prevention and Support Worker Central will be on-site to discuss current job openings. Meanwhile, educational institutions including Discovery Community College, the Automotive Training Centre and TradeUpBC will showcase programs supporting today's in-demand careers.
“Whether you’re looking to start fresh or build on existing skills, the professionals are ready to guide you toward the next step in your professional journey,” Perley says.
Attendees will also find resources tailored to their specific needs, such as WorkBC Assistive Technology Services, which provides individuals with disabilities the tools they need to achieve employment success.
