Border crossing lane to be closed

Commercial traffic heading back into Canada from Washington may faced additional delays for much of the next month.

Commercial traffic heading back into Canada from Washington may faced additional delays for much of the next month.

Beginning Jan. 3 and lasting until Jan. 20, Pacific  Highway Crossing will close one northbound commercial-traffic lane. The closure is due to construction on the commercial primary inspection booths at the crossing.

During this time, there will be no dedicated FAST lane at the crossing; the FAST lane will be used to process general commercial traffic.
