DELTA — Delta Police have cancelled an Amber Alert Monday morning after they say 18-month-old Alycia Lyle Valdes and her father have been found safe and sound and are in police custody in Merritt.
Police say she was abducted from a Tsawwassen residence by her biological father at 10:20 a.m. Monday morning after a fight over custody between the parents.
