Disturbance brings out the handcuffs

Seven men detained after altercation in Whalley on Saturday morning.

Several people were detained by Surrey RCMP after a disturbance and possible assault at 10158 145 St. at about 11 a.m. on Aug. 23.

Neighbours said seven men were handcuffed and questioned outside a residence known to them for suspicious activities.

Before some of the men were released, a woman was led away in handcuffs.
