Surrey RCMP released the list on Dec. 17, 2018.

“Making a list and checking it twice: Surrey RCMP needs help with holiday naughty list,” a tweet reads.

“We are asking for the public’s help with any information on these persons’ whereabouts,” Corporal Elenore Sturko said in a news release on Dec. 17. “We know that prolific offenders account for a high percentage of crimes in our community, and have a significant impact on public safety. To the individuals on this list, take this opportunity to make a fresh start for 2019, by turning yourselves in.”
